Gemma reached out to me about a job offer that I was pursuing with another recruiting agency (red kite). She did everything (without trying to undermine red kite) to ensure that my application had been received. She discovered that my application had not been received by HR and has went out of her way to ensure that my application was in which has resulted in me getting an interview. Greg was a very polite and comfortable person to chat to. He made the whole recruitment process extremely stress free and constantly kept me updated at what stage my application was at. Greg was extremely friendly during each conversation we had and always asked if it was okay to continue the conversation after introducing himself incase I was busy at that current time. Greg was very professional throughout my recruitment process and made the whole process worth it as I received a job offer which has been accepted within a week of my application being submitted. He provided a very detailed brief of the job and company and prepared me extremely well for the face to face interview to ensure I was the best candidate for the company.
