About the role:
Astute’s Renewables team is partnering with a leading energy service provider who specialises in providing a range of EPC services including the development, construction, and operation of solar power plants within the renewable industry. They are recruiting for an Integration Engineer to work remotely.
The strategically important Integration Engineer role comes with a salary of up to £56,906, pension contribution, and hybrid working option.

Responsibilities and duties:
Reporting to the Head of Project Management you will:· Provide the critical link between the delivery and engineering teams to ensure smooth transition of key project information.
· Take a significant role in preparing key Solar PV and/or BESS design elements and functional specifications, including: SLD’s, inverter and transformer sizing, cable sizing and routing, communications and networking, interconnection to ICP works etc.
· Management of third-party consultants for design review, industry standard guidance and quality management services.
· Support the preparation of project tender information. Additionally, prepare subcontractor or suppliers’ specifications and scope of works for contracting including component selection.
· Provide support and oversight for project commissioning and completion of contractual performance testing. Identify necessary resources and ensure supplier and subcontractor commissioning is completed in line with contractual requirements.
· Contribute to and maintain all required project documentation including as built for operational handover.
· Identify and escalate any risks to budget, programme, or quality to Senior Management.
· Support Project Managers with preparation of progress reports, project timelines and budget management.
· Provide support and mentorship to wider Engineering team to increase familiarity with Solar PV technologies.
Professional qualifications:
We are looking for someone with the following:
· Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification with demonstratable Solar PV/BESS experience.
· Experience with Renewable Energy technologies in the UK is mandatory.
· Familiarity with E: Plan, PVSyst, AutoCAD or equivalent software is a plus.
· Proficient IT skills. Familiarity with MS Office suite. Experience of MS Project, Jira and Confluence a plus.

· Flexible – the role will require some international travel staying overnight or longer.

Salary and benefits of the Senior Submarine Structures Engineer role:

We are seeking an experienced senior commissioning engineer to form part of an expanding team and contribute their knowledge and skills to be a core part of one of the nation’s key infrastructure projects. The owner of the position will oversee the preparation and delivery of the commissioning of the NI Process Systems, with a specific focus on waste systems.Nature and Scope
The Senior Commissioning Engineer’s role will evolve during the lifecycle of the project and combine technical knowledge with project delivery skills. At the early stages you will contribute to detailed planning and preparation. Following this, you will execute commissioning tests as part of a team and analyse the results to justify the readiness of the HPC units to safely enter commercial operation. The HPC commissioning team will be working with the Responsible Designer and the project’s contract partners to provide a suite of commissioning documentation combining technical test programmes with supporting safety justifications to influence and form part of the HPC Commissioning Arrangements. Building successful collaborative relationships with designers, contractors, the HPC project delivery team, site engineering and the plant operational organisation will be critical to ensuring that the interfaces with the commissioning process are properly defined and controlled.Principal Accountabilities
