About Ron Crum:

Ron is genuinely a wonderful human being whose integrity, work ethic and fantastic interpersonal skills enabled me to start my travel experience better than I could have imagined. He encouraged me to be honest in my skills assessment, be patient and give him the chance to find the right place that would work with me to bring me up to speed. Boy, am I glad I did! About Russ Waehler:

Russ was amazing! He listened to what I had to say when I said I was interested but wasn’t going to take anything until a certain time and respected my wishes and didn’t shove jobs at me but kept in contact and wasn’t over bearing!
