Russ is very good about returning calls and texts in a timely manner. He is very personable and easy to talk to. He was really good at finding the right contract that fit my needs. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a new recruiter!

This is my 2nd time working with Lori as my recruiter, i previously used her 3yrs ago when I was traveling. When I decided to leave my permanent job and start traveling again I went directly back to Lori since my 1st experience was wonderful with her. I always recommend her to co-workers when they want to start traveling.
Alina is the best recuiter I have had in my decade of travel nursing. She is always available, always on top of any issues or concerns. She is extremely thorough and helpful. She is organized and efficient, honest and respectful. The biggest reason I stay with TNAA is because I can’t imagine ever working with anyone else again. Alina far exceeds all expectations and over the years I have had between 6-8 recruiters, Alina hands down is the absolute best at her job. I have had others that I thought were great and were really difficult to leave, but I know I will never leave Alina in my nursing career. She is solid, and I can’t express it enough in words how much I appreciate her and how there’s not one day I take her hard work and effort for granted. I know behind the scenes Alina is working so hard for me and she always comes through no matter what. As long as I’m travel nursing, I will be working with Alina. There is no doubt in my mind I have the most amazing recuiter and not only that, I consider Alina as a cherished friend. I am grateful every day that I stumbled upon her or she stumbled upon me and my gut told me to leave the company I was with at the time and go with her and I did. I am 100% certain it was the best decision I have ever made in my career of travel nursing. Alina is one of a kind and honestly to put words on how great she is is very difficult for me. We have been through so much as the world of travel nursing is challenging, and the culture is ever changing. Despite any challenge that I’m presented with I know that Alina has my back and always has my best interest at heart. She is the best of the best and I know I will work with Alina until the day I stop travel nursing. I could probably go on forever about how wonderful she is but take it from somebody who has been a traveler since before Covid, since before the world of travel nursing changed so drastically, I have seen a lot of things in the last 10 years. Alina, is a diamond. She’s a rockstar what she does! I will forever work with her.
Alicia was taken over by another lady whom also worked with TNAA. They both were excellent. I have now worked with Alicia for more than 1 extension and she has been so easy to work with. Not only that.... the whole team has made everything very easy. I worked with other companies before and the comparison is day and night. And trust me.... it matters bc it deals with your money... or other important needs. Thanks!
