Hi, I am Angie Steed. I am married & have 3 kids and 2 dogs - a yorkie/papillon & aussie doodle and live in Little Rock AR. I have been a travel nurse recruiter since 2020. I work with all specialties and have placed nurses in almost every state in the country. I have worked through several markets of travel nursing and love the challenges & changes that comes with it. My favorite part of my job is helping a travel nurse or travel nurse pair/trio find assignments that they love. Whether they want to experience different parts of the country, get experience in Trauma & Teaching facilities, be near family or friends - I love helping them find the perfect fit and supporting them through their assignment. It is important to me that they feel supported, listened to & know that I will always be honest & transparent with them. The industry can be confusing & discouraging & I want them to have positivity with their recruiter & agency.

Why I love to recruit
I truly love to recruit because I love helping people, getting to know my nurses, building relationships and supporting them through their assignments and experiences. I love learning about pros/cons of hospitals, areas and giving honest & sincere information to my nurses to help them make the best decision. I get to see my traveler's experiences across the country on social media and it's so exciting & rewarding.

When I'm not working I like to
spend time with my kids, husband & friends. I love to bake, cook, hike, travel, run & brunch.
