My first time working with Lori was last year. She is very knowledgeable and very helpful with the complete process of becoming a traveler with TotalMed . I am glad she is still available during the merger with TNNA. Although I never met her in person, I feel that we bonded very well . She always returned my calls and took the time to walk with me during some of confusing processes. Always demonstrating pleasant, upbeat encouragement while providing her assistance. She performed her position in a trusting , guiding way that made me feel very comfortable working with her.
