Account Manager Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Project Management, Technical, and Operations teams to set up software platforms as per customers’ requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers
Account Manager Requirements:
4 years prior account management experience and stable work history

Capable of learning new technology and complex business process quickly
Empathetic, positive, self-driven attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
