We are seeking a Shaving Line Operator – Production Worker in Brownsville to carry out various tasks in a busy warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing bags of pellets for shipment by operating packaging line equipment, driving a forklift, and reporting any equipment issues to maintenance supervisors.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery including bagging and baler machines, shrink wrapping machines, forklifts, pallet jacks, and bag sealers

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure proper bag seals

  • Assist other production areas as needed

  • Drive finished pallets of pellets to stacking area using a forklift

  • Use skid steer or front-end loader to load feed bins

  • Assist Shift Leads in starting/stopping pellet mills and communicate moisture/material issues

  • Perform knife maintenance, grease shavings mills, change/sharpen cutting blades, and complete light maintenance/troubleshooting

Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 40–70 lb bags regularly

  • 2–5 years of manufacturing/production experience
