Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperate machinery including bagging and baler machines, shrink wrapping machines, forklifts, pallet jacks, and bag sealers
Conduct quality checks to ensure proper bag seals

Use skid steer or front-end loader to load feed bins
Assist Shift Leads in starting/stopping pellet mills and communicate moisture/material issues
Perform knife maintenance, grease shavings mills, change/sharpen cutting blades, and complete light maintenance/troubleshooting
Ability to lift and maneuver 40–70 lb bags regularly
2–5 years of manufacturing/production experience
Experience operating manufacturing systems (monitoring/control systems, software) preferred
Forklift experience required
Ability to operate or willingness to learn how to operate a chainsaw
