As a Mill Clean Up & Firewatch crew member, you will be essential in maintaining a secure and organized mill environment. You will collaborate with maintenance and millwright teams to monitor hot work areas, enforce fire safety protocols, and help identify and address hazards promptly.

What You’ll Do:

As an integral member of the Firewatch team, you will:
  • Monitor hot work zones and perform fire watch duties to prevent incidents.
  • Respond quickly to extinguish fires, supporting safety and incident prevention.
  • Keep work areas tidy by removing debris, sweeping, shoveling, and responsibly disposing of waste.
  • Safely operate tools such as fire hoses, shovels, and flat bars to support fire safety efforts.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Full leather over-the-ankle work boots (mandatory).
  • Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly.
  • Comfort working in confined spaces (certification is a plus but not required).
