ERIC S. Senior Information Technology Project Manager Test Manager 5.00

About Hailey Crabill:

Hailey came across as well prepared, professional, and genuinely thoughtful in the way she led the conversation. What stood out most to me was the quality of her candidate screening questions. They were clear, relevant, and well aimed, which made it obvious she was not just filling airtime or working through a checklist. She was listening for substance, fit, and real signal. A lot of recruiting conversations stay on the surface. This one did not. Hailey's preparation created a discussion that felt focused, efficient, and respectful of both the opportunity and my background. That approach built confidence quickly as I felt that I was being evaluated with care, not casually. Her approach is rarer than it should be.
