My position was eliminated in September. Allison initiated contact with me regarding a potential position in Oct/Nov time frame at Farm Bureau. Though that particular opportunity moved into 2026 and then was withdrawn by the client, Allison has been the best recruiter that I have worked with thus far.
She is kind, professional, honest and most importantly, trustworthy and dependable. Where so many recruiters stop answering, she responds regardless of outcome. And she also gets to know the person with questions outside of the typical job questions, getting to know me as a person. This is such a great attribute.
