About Hailey Crabill:

My experience with Hailey has been excellent from the very first interaction. She responded to my resume and job request with IDR quickly and professionally. During our conversation, we discussed my background and the requirements of the position, and it was clear there was a strong match. Hailey provided helpful details about the company and explained the next steps, including submitting my resume for review and keeping an eye out for additional opportunities with other employers. I appreciated her proactive approach and clear communication. Although I am still in the early stages of my job search, I was very pleased with the support and engagement Hailey provided. Thank you for asking for feedback and allowing me to contribute to your quality review process.

About Donte Jean Pierre:

I appreciated that he communicated clearly, provided accurate information, and was transparent whenever there was uncertainty. He maintained an excellent follow-up cadence—never pushy, but consistently present and available when needed. Although I’m not certain about the outcome of my own opportunity at this time, I would confidently recommend Donte to anyone seeking a recruiter who is honest, professional, and supportive throughout the process.
