Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Ivalua Solution Architect:
Lead the design and architecture of iValua solutions, aligning with our client's business processes and objectives.
Serve as the subject matter expert in one or more iValua modules such as Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Sourcing & Contracts, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable solution designs.
Oversee the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and integration specialists.
Drive stakeholder engagement, project planning, and change management as part of larger transformation initiatives.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and our client's team members.
Maintain iValua best practices and ensure alignment with architecture standards and governance.
Required Skills for Ivalua Solution Architect:
Up to 8 years of experience implementing iValua or similar procurement platforms.
Proven experience in solution architecture and system design.
Hands-on expertise in one or more functional areas: SRM, sourcing, contracts, or P2P.
Ability to take ownership of project streams and lead client discussions independently.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Functional / Technical SME – Ivalua :Serve as a subject matter expert in Ivalua modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Risk Management (SRM), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and/or Catalog Management.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, providing guidance on best practices and solution fit within Ivalua.
Lead and participate in solution design, configuration, and implementation across various modules of the Ivalua platform.
Translate functional requirements into technical designs and provide direction to technical developers and integration teams.
Support end-to-end testing, UAT, training, and go-live activities.
Required Skills for Functional / Technical SME – Ivalua :
3-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Ivalua solutions.
Solid understanding of Ivalua configuration, data models, workflows, and integration capabilities.
Experience with upstream (e.g., Sourcing, Contract Management, SRM) and/or downstream (e.g., P2P, Invoicing, Receiving) modules.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Working knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, or contract lifecycle management.
