Position Overview for the Senior Genesys Administrator:As a Senior Genesys Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and supporting enterprise-wide Genesys Cloud CX solutions and telecommunication infrastructure. You will partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to optimize contact center operations, implement automation strategies, and ensure secure, scalable integrations across platforms like Salesforce Health Cloud.
