Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr. Business Analyst:Lead Agile initiatives, manage backlogs, and guide sprint grooming efforts
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Support Salesforce and Azure-based initiatives, leveraging expertise when applicable
Contribute to process improvements to enhance Agile practices across the team
This role is a potential 1.5-year contract or contract-to-hire role
Required Skills for Sr. Business Analyst:
3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments
Proven ability to lead Scrum meetings and manage Agile methodologies
Strong understanding of backlog management and sprint grooming techniques
Experience with Salesforce and Azure is highly desirable
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integration components.
Proficiency in SQL query development.
Experience with Salesforce point-and-click configuration and programmatic customization.
Proven ability to deliver critical business applications in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel to Capgemini, client, or onsite locations as needed for onboarding.
