  • Manage procurement activities by preparing, reviewing, and placing purchase orders for supplies, equipment, and services, while also resolving invoice and receipt problems through direct supplier interactions.
  • Support supply chain operations by handling high volumes of communications (phone, mail, fax) and triaging inquiries from internal and external sources, ensuring accurate logging and tracking in the support center system.Provide assistance in handling additional billing tasks that may have been delayed or fallen behind due to the recent system implementation.
  • Research and resolve supply chain discrepancies by investigating issues related to item master data, vendor statements, financial variances, and payment/discount histories to ensure data accuracy and timely problem resolution.

  • Perform Retail Wireless financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking on a weekly/monthly basis; consolidate and manage weekly executive forecast review of subscribers and P&L line items for Corporate FP&A
