Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Asana Product Specialist:
Manage and administer the backend components of Asana, including automation rules, custom fields, and task templates.
Oversee the Asana architecture to ensure alignment with organizational goals and maintain platform hygiene.
Conduct quality assurance checks and support ad hoc requests while adhering to governance and best practices.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for platform architecture and identify opportunities for process optimization.
Support the development of Asana AI automation features to enhance efficiency and reporting.
Required Skills for Asana Product Specialist:
Proven experience with Asana administration and backend management.
In-depth knowledge of Asana's features, including rules, fields, forms, and reporting dashboards.
Ability to facilitate complex, cross-functional solutions while maintaining connectivity and custom workflows.
Familiarity with standard Marketing organizational structures and execution models is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree required; additional certifications in project management or Asana administration are a plus.
