Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Security Analyst:
- Ensuring the security of institutional assets by applying baselines to systems, performing endpoint product maintenance, and troubleshooting arising problems
- Monitoring systems for gaps and ensuring timely installation of patches and updates
- Conducting security assessments to identify weaknesses in hardware, software, and network infrastructure, and communicating any issues to respective parties
- Investigating and analyzing potential incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing measures to prevent similar incidents in the future
- This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position requiring onsite presence
Required Skills for Security Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree with coursework in computer science, MIS, IT, or other related area OR 2-4 years of professional experience
- Proficiency with cybersecurity tools like CrowdStrike, BeyondTrust, Zscaler, Rapid7
- Experience with multiple operating systems including, but not limited to macOS, Windows, and Linux
- Experience supporting desktops, servers, and/or networking devices for an organization
- Security or network administration certifications and/or any other training or certifications related to technology services and customer support are a plus
- Experience in a healthcare background is highly desirable

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Service Desk I:
Provide hands-on PC and device support, including software and imaging loading, for both onsite and remote workers
Utilize Active Directory for assigning security groups, password resets, etc.
Handle customer tickets and troubleshoot issues effectively
Participate in and coordinate departmental projects as directed by the IT director and Project Manager
Comfortably lift up to 50 lbs and engage in a significant amount of walking
Required Skills for IT Service Desk I:
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Windows 10 (Windows 11 is a plus)
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Active Directory
Minimum of 2 years of experience with ServiceNow
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Citrix, VMware Horizon View, Jabber, Web Ex
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to work
Enterprise experience (500+ employees) and healthcare experience are a plus
