  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of mitigation projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to completion.

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the EHR Systems Analyst: 1. Lead the migration efforts of current legacy system to new modernized cloud-based SaaS solutions. This includes comprehensive planning, data assessment, extraction, cleansing, and mapping to ensure compatibility with the new system. This includes training end-users, preparing comprehensive system documentation, and recommending strategies for optimizing system performance based on feedback and performance metrics. (5%) 5.   Ensures that design complies with HHSC standards. This task also involves setting up validation and auditing processes to maintain data integrity post-migration. (5%) Required Skills for the EHR Systems Analyst:
  • 8+ years’ experience in Database management systems, workflows and data migration, with a strong emphasis on healthcare EHR systems in developing scripting, extracting data in hL7 format and mapping to target systems.
  • 8+ years’ experience in Oracle Cerner Millennium database, Cerner Command Language (CCL) data extraction scripting, crucial for the efficient migration of data to new SaaS platforms
