Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Applications & Help Desk Support Specialist:
Act as the primary point of contact for incoming IT requests and manage ticket triage
Design, develop, and implement end-user device solutions tailored to our client's needs
Gather and document user system and software requirements, research and evaluate technology options, and prepare business cases for proposed solutions
Provide both first- and second-level technical support, resolving incidents and processing changes in alignment with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
