One of IDR’s top clients is seeking an IT Support Technician to join their team in Cumming, GA! *Please note this is a fully onsite position! Responsibilities of the IT Support Technician:
  • Respond to and resolve level 1 and 2 helpdesk tickets, providing remote and on-site technical support to end users.
  • Perform PC imaging, software installation, troubleshooting, and repair of computer networks, workstations, and peripheral equipment.
  • Identify and resolve hardware and software issues, maintaining clear documentation within helpdesk systems.
  • Assist with IT equipment setup, cabling, and scheduled maintenance, including UPS battery replacements.
  • Support inventory management of equipment, software, and licenses, while communicating effectively with staff and external partners.  
Required Skills of the IT Support Technician:
