Required Skills for Staff Software Engineer:
At least 12 years of proven experience in software engineering, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity within a startup environment
Extensive experience in software development, with proficiency in Python and FastAPI

Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices, including Agile methodologies, TDD & CI/CD
