Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Lead Product Manager- Monetization:
Develop and execute innovative revenue generation strategies from inception to scale
Design and lead robust experimentation and A/B testing processes aimed at increasing revenue and optimizing pricing strategies
Engage directly with engineering leadership to spearhead high-impact projects
Demonstrate ownership of revenue generation domains with quantifiable results in increasing revenue streams
Communicate clearly and directly to ensure efficient collaboration and alignment across teams
Required Skills for Lead Product Manager- Monetization:
7-10 years of direct experience in monetization aspects of product management
Proven track record of developing and executing innovative revenue generation strategies
Demonstrated success in a metrics-driven environment focused on revenue metrics
Strong adaptability to changing business needs and ability to build and optimize processes

Candidate must be located in Washington, Nevada, Oregon, or IdahoPosition Overview/Responsibilities for the Patient Resource Representative:
Work with insurance payers to research and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments on behalf of our patients' accounts
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clinical personnel, fellow teammates, and insurance representatives
Use critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to determine the root cause and/or trends of non-paid claims or underpayments from insurance payers
Maintain confidentiality of all company and patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our client's policies
This is a contract position through 7/31/2025, operating in PST hours from 6 am to 3 pm
High school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with an associate or bachelor's degree
Required Skills for Patient Resource Representative:
Healthcare and medical billing/collections/denial remediation experience
Customer service experience
Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Exceptional organization, written, and verbal communication skills
Comfortability talking on the phone
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus!
