Position Overview/Responsibilities for the School Support Technician:

• Providing hands-on and remote technical support to approximately 400 users across multiple sites

• Supporting Windows OS, MAC OS, and Chrome OS environments

• Managing and troubleshooting hardware including projectors, TVs, displays, and Smart Boards

• Utilizing Active Directory and Altiris for Windows management, imaging, and software deployment

• Creating and maintaining support documentation and training/onboarding materials

Required Skills for School Support Technician:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support/help desk role

• Proficiency in supporting Windows OS, MAC OS, and Chrome OS

• Experience with Active Directory and Altiris

• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system is a plus

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
