Required Skills:
Capital Markets experience is mandatory; structured products experience is preferred but optional.
Expertise in SQL for data querying and relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and VBA for automation.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
Familiarity with risk management systems (e.g., Bloomberg, RiskMetrics, MSCI Barra).
Experience with requirement gathering and translating into functional specifications.
Process mapping and business process improvement expertise.
UAT experience, including test plan creation and execution.
