IDR is seeking a Data Scientist III to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Los Angeles, California. This role supports a high-impact analytics and insights team within the gaming and digital entertainment space, focused on understanding player behavior, engagement, and product performance. The ideal candidate will apply advanced statistical analysis, experimentation, and predictive modeling to generate insights that inform business and product strategy.

Position Overview for the Data Scientist III:

  • Lead advanced statistical analysis and experimentation to better understand player behavior, engagement, and monetization patterns.
  • Build predictive models and analytical frameworks using large-scale data from game telemetry and external sources.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and analytics teams to solve complex business problems.
  • Translate ambiguous questions into structured analytical approaches and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Help shape scalable data science practices, tools, and methodologies that support long-term decision-making.

Requirements for the Data Scientist III:

  • Ph.D. or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong expertise in Python and SQL with experience working in large-scale or distributed data environments.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing machine learning models in production settings.
  • Deep knowledge of experimentation, causal inference, and advanced analytical methods beyond standard A/B testing.
  • Ability to independently lead complex projects, influence strategy, and clearly communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Position Overview for the VMware and Linux Administrator:

  • Manage and maintain the VMware infrastructure, including VM provisioning, patches, tuning, and upgrades.
  • Provide expert guidance and technical support for Linux system administration.
  • Monitor system performance proactively to prevent issues and ensure system resilience.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to maintain system integrity and operational stability.

  • Administer, maintain, and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment, including Office 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Manage Microsoft licensing assignments, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and ensure accurate license provisioning across the organization.
  • Perform hands-on configuration changes, troubleshooting, and Level 2 support to maintain a secure, stable, and efficient Microsoft environment.
  • Lead Microsoft-related projects, including solution design, implementation, documentation, and operational handoff to support teams.

IDR is seeking a Accounts Payable Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, Tennessee. This role supports the accurate processing of company invoices and payments while helping maintain clean and current vendor accounts. You’ll work in a hybrid environment and contribute to both day-to-day AP operations and ongoing process improvements.

Position Overview for the Accounts Payable Analyst
  • Enter and manage daily incoming invoices into the accounts payable sub-ledger
  • Prepare payment runs, manage the AP mailbox, and support wire transfers and virtual card payments
  • Review and resolve items using A/P aging reporting and investigate outstanding discrepancies
  • Calculate Sales & Use tax and assist with special projects, including monthly vendor account reconciliation
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice, coding, and payment-related inquiries
Requirements for the Accounts Payable Analyst:
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounts payable
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of accounts payable, including invoice processing and payment execution
  • Experience with Oracle Accounts Payables and maintaining vendor data
  • Advanced skills with MS Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Ability to review invoices and approvals for purchase order and non-purchase order compliance, coding, and documentation
