Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr SDET – QE Merch:Lead end-to-end testing efforts for Blue Yonder Merchandise Operations (MO), SCPO, and Luminate products
Develop comprehensive test plans and execute detailed test cases
Automate testing processes to ensure repeatability and speed
Conduct regression and performance testing for retail backend systems
Validate batch processes and backend data operations on AIX systems
Collaborate cross-functionally with development, QA, and product teams within an Agile/SAFe environment
Execute UAT and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality software
Leverage Azure Cloud tools (Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Storage) for cloud-based testing scenarios
Strong domain experience with Blue Yonder MO/MMS, SCPO, and Luminate
Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and AIX platforms
Working knowledge of Azure Cloud services
Advanced QA methodologies including test planning, execution, and defect tracking
Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (Java, Python, C#)
Excellent problem-solving skills and detail orientation
Background in backend retail systems and performance testing
