Position Overview
Required Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a Creative Technologist, Design Engineer, or Front-End Developer role
Background in commercial digital product, automotive, or tech environments
Proficiency with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Compose or SwiftUI
Experience with frameworks like React or Vue.js
Hands-on experience with prototyping tools such as ProtoPie, Origami, Figma, or Framer
Understanding of design systems and component libraries
Strong design sensibility with attention to visual detail and usability
Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams

Act as a credentialing specialist under the Whole Health Living department
Verify provider credentials, including licenses, certifications, education, and work history
Maintain accurate records by entering and updating provider information in credentialing systems, and tracking expiration dates
Communicate effectively with providers and agencies to follow up for missing documents and coordinate with licensing boards and insurance payers
Ensure compliance with regulations, keeping all credentialing files in line with standards (e.g., HIPAA, NCQA, The Joint Commission)
Assist with payer enrollment and recredentialing, supporting provider enrollment with insurance plans and managing periodic recredentialing schedules
Required Skills for Associate Credentialing Coordinator:
Proven experience in data entry
Prior experience in a healthcare or administrative setting
Familiarity with insurance plans or medical credentialing processes is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
