Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Aruba CX Network Engineer:

 
  • Lead the design and implementation of data center infrastructure, including routing, switching, and network configurations

  • Develop and document detailed network architecture plans, including diagrams using tools such as Visio

  • Configure and deploy network hardware, focusing on Aruba CX switches or similar platforms like Cisco IOS/NX-OS

  • Collaborate with IT leadership and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver a high-performing infrastructure solution

  • This role is a 2-3 month contract, requiring full onsite presence in Downtown Atlanta, GA

Required Skills for Aruba CX Network Engineer:

 
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in network engineering with a strong focus on data center design

  • Expertise in routing and switching protocols

  • Proficiency with Aruba CX is highly preferred; experience with Cisco IOS/NX-OS as an alternative is acceptable

  • Hands-on experience in data center planning and design, including sketching and mapping network designs

  • Familiarity with firewalls, particularly Palo Alto (preferred but not required)

  • Strong knowledge of tools like Visio or equivalent for creating visual network plans

  • Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are a plus (practical knowledge required, not just certification)

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Service & Incident Analyst II:

  • Receives a diverse range of client issues through multiple sources (via phone, Client Support Help Desk (CSHD), Client Portal, email, etc.) 
  • Reviews information to define issues and determines the ultimate impact.
  • Documents and/ or generates CSHD ticket for tracking purposes, classify severity (1-Critical, 2-High, 3-Medium, 4-Low Impact), and notifies appropriate business or technical resource to solve internal/ external client issues.
  • Assists with facilitating appropriate resolution tasks to provide service or assistance required.
  • Assists with coordinating relevant groups to initiate prompt issue resolution for High to Critical impact issues (e.g., access failures, system availability, etc.).

  • Escalates issues requiring more experience and in depth knowledge.
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of company systems/ client operating systems and develops knowledge of company module/ system enhancements while participating in external/ internal client meetings.
  • Verifies systems during and after scheduled outages/ maintenance including screens, web sites and other company managed data for clients.
  • Monitors critical path processing to confirm that benchmarks are met and notifies clients about missed deliverables
