IDR is seeking a dedicated and experienced EHR Analyst (Athena) to join one of our top clients. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the EHR Analyst (Athena):

• Provide advanced functional and technical user support for clinical applications, ensuring optimal system setup and functionality.

• Facilitate education and training for designated application users.

• Collaborate with leadership across business units to identify improvement opportunities and address functional issues.

• Monitor performance metrics related to EHR use and develop improvement plans as needed.

• Manage system updates and maintenance in collaboration with our application vendor.

• This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion.

Required Skills for EHR Analyst (Athena):

• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience with Athena EHR.

• Proven ability to train users and make edits to workflows.

• Experience with Qure4u or other Digital Check-in or Scheduling software is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to establish root causes and implement corrective actions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
