  • Minimum 5 years of direct Supplier Quality experience and leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of experience conducting internal audits.
  • Quality Auditor Certification (e.g., ASQ, CQE) preferred.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.

  • Assemble and build tubing sets and other components according to technical drawings and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist in training new team members on safety protocols, gowning procedures, and operational standards to promote a compliant and efficient work environment.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods (2+ hours) in full gowning gear while performing repetitive tasks.
  • Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to handle small, delicate parts and tubing assemblies accurately.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to read/write clearly in English for proper documentation and communication.
  • A safety-first attitude, with the discipline to adhere strictly to SOPs, GMP, and ISO guidelines.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1–2 years of manufacturing or industrial experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Bonus points for previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing under cGMP standards!
