As a Compound Prep Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting the production of medical and drug products by preparing components, maintaining strict cleanliness standards, and ensuring documentation accuracy. What You’ll Do:

Prepare sterilized equipment, tubing sets, and components for assembly by following detailed procedures. Sanitize work surfaces and equipment using approved germicidal agents to uphold cleanliness standards. Follow strict gowning protocols, including wearing full protective suits, to maintain a sterile environment. Use autoclaves to sterilize tools and components, performing safety and quality checks throughout. Accurately record production data and procedures in Batch Records and logbooks, adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for regulatory compliance. Assemble tubing sets and related components based on technical drawings and established procedures. Support team training and collaborate to meet production goals safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Bring:

Physical stamina to stand for over 2 hours in full protective gowning. Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination for precise assembly work. Basic math and literacy skills in English. A safety-conscious attitude with a strong commitment to following SOPs, GMP, and ISO guidelines. High school diploma or GED. 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial settings; experience in pharmaceutical or medical device environments (cGMP) is a major plus.

Job Title: Wire Harness Assembly Technician

Pay: $20 - $28 per hour Schedules Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 3PM-11:30PM 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday 11PM-7:30AM (All training will be on first Shift) Start Date: ASAP

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Wire Harness Assembler to join our growing cable harness manufacturing team! If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and collaborating with others to build high-quality products, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do: In this role, you’ll play a key part in building first-piece and prototype wire harness assemblies from the ground up. Your work will directly support new product development and ensure everything meets top-quality standards.
  • Build first-piece and prototype cable harnesses and subcomponents based on drawings, work instructions and bills of materials (BOM's)
  • Perform soldering, crimping, stripping, and routing of wires
  • Assemble components and sub-assemblies for testing and evaluation
  • Ensure all work meets IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards
  • Inspect and verify your own work using tools, checklists, and visual aids
  • Help identify and resolve design or documentation issues
  • Support updates to work instructions and documentation
  • Set up workstations and verify parts and materials
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
  • Mentor and support less experienced team members
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: 1–5 years of recent hands-on experience in wire harness assembly
  • Strong knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards
  • Skilled in soldering, crimping, and wire preparation
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
  • Comfortable using hand tools such as crimpers, wire cutters, and drills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Team player with solid communication skills

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, active environment
