This role involves machine setup, quality monitoring, and packaging of finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in machine operation
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to understand and follow routine oral and written instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • Operate a variety of extrusion equipment, operations include setting up machine base on production orders, maintain production quality, obtain samples for quality control, labeling, and packing of finished products
  • Set up and troubleshoot extrusion machines.
  • Monitor material quality and adjust machine settings as needed to ensure product standards
  • Collect samples for quality control testing
  • Label and package finished products according to work order instructions
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies
  • Follow OSHA safety standards at all times
  • Wear a respirator when required during machine setup
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
 

Work Schedule
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
