Job Title: 2nd Shift Hand Packaging Operator

Pay: $24.20 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Hand Packaging Operator, you’ll be vital to ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of our packaging processes. You’ll work closely with the manufacturing team to support production and maintain high standards.

What You’ll Do:

As a 2nd Shift Hand Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Completing training on gowning techniques required for clean room entry and exit to maintain sterile conditions.
• Operating, assembling, and disassembling packaging machinery to meet production goals.
• Inspecting labels and finished products to ensure compliance with all quality specifications.
• Manually labeling and packaging products when automated systems are unavailable or require assistance.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of packaging activities and batch records.
• Properly labeling and disposing of hazardous waste generated during packaging operations.
• Supporting team members with general manufacturing tasks as needed.
• Keeping the workspace organized and ensuring the proper upkeep of packaging equipment.
• Adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulations.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience working in a clean room environment, especially within the pharmaceutical industry, is required.
• Knowledge of packaging procedures and safety protocols.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and solve problems proactively.
• Comfort standing for extended periods during shifts.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
