As a Compound Prep Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the production of medical and drug products by preparing components, maintaining strict cleanliness standards, and ensuring documentation accuracy. You'll work closely with a skilled team committed to safety, quality, and precision.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare sterilized equipment, tubing sets, and components for assembly, following detailed procedures.
• Sanitize work surfaces and equipment using approved germicidal agents to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Follow strict gowning protocols, including wearing full protective suits, to maintain a sterile environment.
• Use autoclaves to sterilize tools and components, performing safety and quality checks throughout.
• Accurately record production data and procedures in Batch Records and logbooks, adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for regulatory compliance.
• Assemble tubing sets and related components based on technical drawings and established procedures.
• Support team training and collaborate to meet production goals safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Bring:

• Physical stamina to stand for over 2 hours in full protective gowning.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination for precise assembly work.
• Basic math and literacy skills in English.
• A safety-conscious attitude with a strong commitment to following SOPs, GMP, and ISO guidelines.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial settings; experience in pharmaceutical or medical device environments (cGMP) is a major plus.
