Clinical Research Unit Clinician - LPN, EMT, or Paramedic 

Looking to apply your nursing skills in a unique healthcare setting outside of traditional bedside care? HealthCare Support is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse, EMT, or Paramedic for a full-time Clinical Research Unit Clinician role in Rogers, AR. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clinical trial participants, contribute to groundbreaking medical research, and enjoy a consistent overnight schedule in a structured, team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Incentives:

Pay: $28–$32 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00 pm – 7:00 am

Daily Responsibilities:

• Administer study medications and routine medications to research participants according to protocol requirements
• Monitor participants by obtaining vital signs, performing ECGs/EKGs, collecting blood samples, and conducting basic laboratory testing
• Collect, label, process, and prepare biological specimens for shipment and analysis
• Observe participants for adverse events or reactions and communicate findings to physicians and research staff

Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse or EMT or Paramedic License 
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• CPR Certification
• Experience supporting clinical research studies 
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation practices
