  Required Qualifications for Cath Lab Technician:

• Graduation from an accredited Cardiac Cath Technician or Radiographic Technician program OR  5 years experience in Cath Lab as a substitution 
• ARRT, RT(R) upon hire OR RCIS or RCES licensure (from CCI) meeting eligibility to take exam within 2 years of hire.

  HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Hospice RN Case Manager / Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a prestigious Hospice organization in Tennessee. Location – Lebanon area   Daily Responsibilities for Hospice RN Case Manager / Registered Nurse:

• This RN Case Manager will conduct home visits to provide patient care.
• The RN Case manager will work alongside an NP, RN team, Social worker, and other case managers to collaborate and promote ongoing care
• Provide wound care, monitored vitals, administered medications, and performed death pronouncements as needed.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• On-call one night per week from 5pm-11pm (no weekends)

   Required Qualifications for Hospice RN Case Manager / Registered Nurse:

• Active RN License in TN
• At least 2 years of RN experience
• Hospice/Palliative care experience
• Related experience in Hospice or Home Health or Oncology or ICU or Med/Surg or LTC/SNF
