HealthCare Support is seeking a
Manager of Food Services to join a growing healthcare system in Clovis, NM.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to oversee daily hospital food service operations while guiding and supporting a dedicated team. As a working manager, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient meal delivery, maintaining quality standards, and keeping department workflows running smoothly. Step into a leadership role where operational excellence and patient satisfaction go hand in hand.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Compensation Notes: $48,068.80 - $73,403.20/year

Daily Responsibilities for the Manager of Food Services:
• Oversees daily hospital food service operations, leading the team and ensuring safe, efficient meal delivery.
• Manages staffing, training, scheduling, performance management, and department workflows.
• Supervises approximately 18 direct reports.
• Monitors budgets, quality standards, food safety compliance, and operational processes.
• Identifies areas for improvement and updates procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Ensures compliance with healthcare and food safety regulations.

Required Qualifications for the Manager of Food Services:
• High school diploma required.
• Additional certification, vocational training, or higher education in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a healthcare setting preferred
