Healthcare Support is actively seeking a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to fill an opening in Austin, TX. This role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate, one-on-one patient care in a home health setting while making a meaningful impact in the community. Pay Details

• Pay Per Visit model
• Estimated annual earnings: $70K–$86K
• $10K Sign-On Bonus

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Daily Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
• Follow physician-directed care plans
• Support patients transitioning from hospitals, rehab, or skilled nursing facilities
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and disease management
• Ensure continuity and quality of care

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
• Active Texas LPN/LVN license
• Current CPR certification
• 1+ year of acute care experience (Home Health, Med-Surg, ED, SNF, etc.)
• Experience with IVs, wound care, and chronic disease management
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
