Respiratory Clinician (RT) - Home Medical Equipment Looking to make a clinical impact without hospital shifts or bedside burnout? HealthCare Support is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a full-time role in Lenexa, KS. This position offers a chance to stay connected with patients in the community, enjoy predictable weekday hours, and work independently in the field, all while building your career in a growing area of healthcare. Compensation:

• Base Pay - $32/hr- $37/hr (Based on experience) 
• Quarterly bonus opportunities
• Mileage reimbursement & company cell phone

Schedule: 

• Monday-Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager of Emergency Services to join a well-established acute care hospital serving the Fort Walton Beach and surrounding Emerald Coast communities. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced emergency services leader to oversee a fast-paced clinical team, drive quality patient care, and make a meaningful impact within a supportive environment that offers strong opportunities for continued leadership growth.   Schedule: Evenings Compensation Notes:

• $100,000 - $118,000

Daily Responsibilities for Manager of Emergency Services:

• Lead and oversee patient care operations, ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and a strong culture of patient-centered care. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care, improve quality outcomes, and enhance the overall patient experience through proactive leadership and rounding.

  Required Qualifications for Manager of Emergency Services:

• Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid compact licensure. If hired with a compact license, an active Florida RN license must be obtained within 90 days of hire
• Emergency Room experience 
• Strong leadership background
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
