About the Position:

• Partner with healthcare providers during in-home patient visits to support comprehensive patient care and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Collect and document patient medical histories, vital signs, and clinical information accurately within EMR systems.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and other clinical support activities in accordance with established protocols.
• Educate and engage patients while assisting with preventive care initiatives and the management of chronic health conditions.
• Coordinate pre-visit and post-visit activities, maintain necessary medical supplies and equipment, and travel throughout assigned counties to support field-based patient care.

Compensation:

• Pay: $20 - $27 / hour (based on experience)
• Annual Bonus: Up to 5% Bonus
• Mileage Reimbursement

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00PM Benefits for a Certified Medical Assistant:

Required Qualifications for the Certified Medical Assistant:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Active, nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification or registration (CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, NRCMA, or equivalent) through an approved organization such as AAMA, AMT, NHA, NCCT, NAHP, AMCA, ARMA, or MedCA.
• 1+ year(s) of experience as a medical assistant working with adults / geriatrics

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist - Floater to fill an opening with a nation wide Pharmacy company in Charleston, WV Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist - Floater: 

• Fill prescriptions, monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and security of drugs, including controlled substances/narcotics
• Provide patient counseling and discuss challenges to medication adherence
• Complete scheduling of technicians and support sales and goals of pharmacy department

Required Qualifications for Pharmacist - Floater: 

• Bachelor's Degree in pharmacy
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing
