Pay Details for Home Health RN:

Pay-Per-Visit Model | Annual Earnings Typically $87,000-$100,000
- Mileage Reimbursement
Schedule for Home Health RN:
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

On Call: Mon-Mon 1x a month

Daily Responsibilities for Home Health RN:
- Provide individualized, one-on-one patient care by developing and implementing care plans, applying nursing theories and techniques, assessing medications for effectiveness, and delivering services such as wound care, medication administration, and new admissions/start of care.
Required Qualifications for Home Health RN:
- Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
- 1+ years of clinical experience as an RN
- Experience with IVs, Wound Care, and Disease Management (diabetes, CHF, liver disease, COPD)
- Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
