Respiratory Clinical Specialist (RRT/CRT) – $4K Sign on Bonus
HealthCare Support is seeking a
Respiratory Clinical Specialist (RRT/CRT) to join a top respiratory and DME provider supporting patients throughout the Mountain Home, Arkansas area
. This is a great opportunity for clinicians looking to
transition away from bedside care into a more autonomous, patient-focused role centered around respiratory equipment setup, education, and ongoing clinical support. This company offers a strong training and onboarding program and is
open to clinicians from hospitals, long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, rehab, and home health backgrounds — prior experience in respiratory DME is
not required.
Compensation:

Base Pay of $30.00-$38.00/hr

$4K Sign on Bonus

Quarterly Bonus based on performance and eligibility criteria

Mileage reimbursement
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
On-Call Requirements: The RT is on call as the only RT in the location. This means that when they need to be off on call, then they will work this out with the manager. While the on-call rotation is technically 24/7, after-hours calls are not constant. Most after-hours concerns can be effectively triaged over the phone, particularly questions regarding equipment operation, oxygen concerns, or basic troubleshooting. Field response is occasionally required; however, true emergency visits are relatively infrequent and depend on patient census, geography, and acuity within the service area. Mostly consisting of discharges with a priority for Vas. It is worth noting that call outs are shared with 2 other supporting role which help.

Daily Responsibilities:

Deliver care where it’s needed the most by providing in-home respiratory therapy services including patient education, equipment setup, and follow-up visits
Minimum Education/Licensures/Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED equivalent
-
RRT or CRT
-
They will be required to have an AR and MO license, and company only pays for the license of the state that they do not live in

Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)
