 Physical Therapist Assistant - Monday - Friday Join a Leading Orthopedic Team in Orlando, FL HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a respected, long-established orthopedic practice in Orlando, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a specialized orthopedic environment while treating a diverse patient population. The practice emphasizes individualized rehabilitation and provides care to patients recovering from surgery, sports injuries, spine conditions, and a variety of other musculoskeletal conditions.  Pay:

• $27-33 per hour 

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with 1-hour lunch break

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with physician referrals, established plans of care, organizational policies, and applicable state regulations
• Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress, concerns, and changes in patient status to the supervising Physical Therapist

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program, required
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Florida, required

WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Healthcare Recruiter, you'll connect healthcare professionals with career opportunities across the country while partnering with clients to fill critical staffing needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Build relationships with candidates through phone, text, email, and virtual communication

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, teaching, or similar experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in multiple computer systems
• Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to achieve goals

 

TRAINING, SCHEDULE & LOCATION

This is a local position based in Maitland, Florida. Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. You'll begin your career with in-office training, where you'll learn our recruiting process, healthcare industry, and technology. After successfully completing your new hire ramp period, you'll transition to a hybrid work schedule, working both remotely and from our Maitland office.

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary: $45,900 annually
• Commission: Estimated $18,000-$45,000+ annually, based on individual performance
• Estimated Total Earnings: $63,000 -$90,000+ annually, based on individual performance
