HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist to join a well-known Closed-Door LTC Pharmacy in the Jeffersontown, KY area. Schedule: Full Time | Days or Nights Available

Compensation Notes: $62/hour – $68/hour + $6/hour shift differential (if applicable)

Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist:

• Evaluate and verify physician medication orders, ensuring accurate drug selection, dosing, interactions, and documentation while collaborating with healthcare teams to support safe patient care
• Prepare, mix, package, and label medications—including IV formulations—within a high-volume, closed-door LTC pharmacy environment while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Required Qualifications for Pharmacist:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
• Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Kentucky

Field Registered Nurse HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a prestigious healthcare organization in the White Plains, NY. Daily Responsibilities for Field Registered Nurse :

• Initiates and applies appropriate preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative nursing procedures and techniques.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the PCP. Ability to independently perform skilled nursing procedures and techniques based on the changing nursing needs that the member requires.
• Teaches the patient and family/caregivers self-techniques whenever appropriate and provides instruction regarding medication, diet, safety and treatment modalities in accordance with the plan of care.

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Required Qualifications for Field Registered Nurse:

• Must be willing to travel within field and go to patients’ homes and have home health or field experience
• A current and clear New York State License to practice as a Registered Nurse.
