Dermatology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Multiple Locations Across North Carolina

Nurse Practitioners (NP) or
Physician Assistants (PA) for multiple opportunities across Eastern North Carolina with
a mission-driven, community-focused healthcare organization.This dermatology program is focused on medical dermatology, offering providers the opportunity to build

Compensation:
-
$140,000 - $160,000 annual salary (based on experience)

Quarterly productivity incentive bonus tied to performance metrics
Primary Hiring Locations:
-
South Central NC (Sandhills): Fayetteville, Dunn, Rockingham
-
Eastern NC (including Coastal Markets): Carolina Beach, Jacksonville, New Bern, Wallace, Tabor City, Rosewood
Out-of-state candidates are encouraged to apply! Relocation support may be available depending on location and experience.
Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours weekly

Schedule varies by facility/location with some sites operating 5x8s, others 4x10s
-
Alternative schedules may be possible depending on site setup

Daily Responsibilities
-
Provide medical dermatology care, evaluating and managing common skin conditions, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and ordering/interpreting diagnostic testing.

Manage patient care independently or semi independently, including conducting complete histories and physicals, educating patients on conditions and preventive care, and documenting all encounters accurately in the EMR.
Qualifications
-
Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in North Carolina

Dedicated dermatology-focused experience required
