LPN Clinic HealthCare Support is actively seeking an LPN Clinic  to fill an opening in Medfield, Massachusetts. Daily Responsibilities for LPN Clinic

• • Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• • Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses. • Apply advanced knowledge of vital sign monitoring to identify and record abnormalities in blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and temperature. • Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure overall well-being.
• M-F 830am-730pm Saturday- 9am-530pm Sunday: 9am-430pm

**Will work 32-40 hours per week Required Qualifications for LPN Clinic

• Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.  (Nurses whose experience is primarily in long-term care settings such as nursing homes, home health, LTACs, and skilled nursing facilities may encounter challenges adapting to the MinuteClinic environment. DO NOT submit candidates whose background is limited to these areas.)
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Minimum of 1-year related work experience in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems; Epic experience preferred.
