HealthCare Support is seeking a
Regional Specialty Infusion Sales Account Executive to join one of the nation’s leading specialty infusion providers delivering innovative, patient-centered care daily in the
Phoenix, AZ area.
Daily Responsibilities for the Regional Specialty Infusion Sales Account Executive:
-
100% field-based role in the Phoenix, AZ area - Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive growth of targeted specialty medications and therapies
- Achieve assigned admissions, revenue, and gross margin targets for specialty infusion therapies within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with specialty physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare stakeholders who prescribe targeted therapies
- Educate referral sources on clinical capabilities, patient support services, and infusion therapy solutions
Required Qualifications for the Regional Specialty Infusion Sales Account Executive:
- 4+ years of healthcare specialty sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, life sciences, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications for the Regional Specialty Infusion Sales Account Executive:
- Experience in infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, biologics, or related healthcare services preferred
- Infusion experience
- Specialty pharmacy exposure

Pay Details: $120,000 - $140,000 per year (negotiable based on experience) PLUS uncapped, competitive commission structure
