HealthCare Support is actively seeking a
NP / PA Field Advanced Practice Provider to fill an opening in
Raleigh,
North Carolina.
Daily Responsibilities for NP / PA Field Advanced Practice Provider:
- Responsible for collaborating with company physicians, the patients other physicians and providers, and their family members to develop complex plans of care in accordance with the patients health status and overall goals and values.
- Provides clinical and non-clinical support to patients in palliative care within a designated territory.
- Provides services in home settings to provide care to patients.

Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM EST
Required Qualifications for NP / PA Field Advanced Practice Provider:
- MS in Nursing
- Current unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license or Physician Assistant (PA) license in NC
- Possession of DEA registration or eligibility required
Preferred Qualifications for NP / PA Field Advanced Practice Provider:
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Pay Details: $76.64/ Hour
