Dialysis Nurse Educator – up to $116,000/year!
HealthCare Support is seeking a
Dialysis Nurse Educator (RN) to join a nationally recognized, mission-driven health system in
San Antonio. This is a high-impact education-focused role supporting training and development across dialysis clinics within a structured, compliance-driven, not-for-profit county hospital system dedicated to serving the community.
Compensation:
$85,800 - $116,480 annually

Daily Responsibilities:
- Supports and delivers education and training programs for dialysis clinic staff, including curriculum development and implementation based on adult learning principles
- Provides hands-on training and ongoing competency evaluation for clinical staff across multiple sites
- Collaborates with leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
- Serves as a subject matter expert in dialysis care, diabetes education, and related technologies such as continuous glucose monitoring systems and insulin pumps
- Promotes a culture of continuous learning, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care
Qualifications:
- Active Texas RN License
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
- 3+ years of full-time RN experience with a background in dialysis
- 3+ years of experience in inpatient or outpatient diabetes care or formal training in diabetes education
- Demonstrated teaching experience with strong knowledge of adult education principles
- Experience with continuous glucose monitoring systems and pump training
- Proven experience in curriculum development and implementation
- Current BLS Certification
