Home Health RN / Registered Nurse in Mustang Ridge, TX 

Looking to make an impact for patients and families in your community? HealthCare Support is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Mustang Ridge, TX with a 4.5 STAR-rated healthcare provider. As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll have the opportunity to work at the top of your license while providing personalized, one-on-one care to patients in their homes.   Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home patient visits to provide direct, one-on-one nursing care 
• Establish realistic measurable, observable goals consistent with the patient’s diagnosis.

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse in Texas
• 1+ years of clinical experience as an RN
• Experience with IVs, Wound Care, and Disease Management

Dermatology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – New Bern, NC  HealthCare Support is seeking Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Physician Assistants (PA) for an immediate opportunity, with a mission-driven, community-focused healthcare organization in New Bern, NC.  This dermatology program is focused on medical dermatology, offering providers the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while practicing at the top of their license in a supportive, well-resourced environment. Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in North Carolina
• Dedicated dermatology-focused experience required
