VP of Cardiovascular Services, RN

Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000 a year (based on experience)
Scheduled: Monday - Friday, regular business hours

PTO accrual rate for Directors is at 10.16hrs. a pay period, with each year of service you will accrue and extra day of pay time off PTO. Max number of hours is 520.
Daily Responsibilities:
-
Lead cardiovascular service line strategy and operations across inpatient and ambulatory programs, including advanced services such as LVAD and Heart Transplant
-
Drive growth, financial performance, and clinical integration through physician partnerships, budgeting oversight, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
-
Active RN license in the state of Texas
-
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
-
10+ years of progressive executive leadership experience within acute care hospital or integrated health system
-
Experience overseeing advanced cardiovascular programs including LVAD and Heart Transplant Services
